By accessing coursemitra.in, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a service, accepting a quotation or using a CourseMitra product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the linked policies. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Our services
CourseMitra provides education counselling, admission-process support, course and institution discovery, education-finance facilitation, software subscriptions, implementation, training and support.
The exact scope, duration, deliverables, fees and dependencies of a paid engagement are stated on the applicable service page, order summary, invoice, proposal or signed agreement.
Eligibility and minors
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. A parent or lawful guardian must review and approve a paid service and personal-data submission for a minor where required by applicable law.
Students and families must provide accurate academic, identity, financial and contact information.
Counselling and admission decisions
CourseMitra provides information, organisation and human-assisted guidance. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa, education-loan approval, examination results, placement, salary, institution recognition or regulatory outcome.
Applicants must verify current eligibility, recognition, fees, deadlines and official instructions with the relevant institution, regulator, counselling authority, embassy, lender or government portal before acting or paying a third party.
Software licence and acceptable use
A paid software subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable platform during the agreed term.
Users must not share credentials outside authorised roles, bypass security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, interfere with availability, or violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Quotes, prices and payments
Prices vary by service scope, users, modules, institution size, implementation effort and subscription term. The final price and applicable taxes are shown before payment in a written quotation, order summary, invoice or checkout.
Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party gateway. CourseMitra does not directly store full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, access or work may begin only after required payment and information are received.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for supplied information and documents, secure access credentials, third-party deadlines and timely review of deliverables.
Changed scope, delayed approvals, incorrect data or third-party limitations may require a revised timeline or fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Intellectual property
The CourseMitra name, website, software, interfaces, original content, templates and documentation are owned by or licensed to CourseMitra. No ownership is transferred except for customer-owned data and expressly agreed deliverables.
Course, university, regulator and third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach after reasonable notice where practical. Either party may end an ongoing service according to the applicable order or agreement.
Refund eligibility after cancellation is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability and third parties
We work to keep services reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, force-majeure events and third-party platforms may affect availability.
Links and integrations do not constitute endorsement or control of a third party. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CourseMitra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or decisions made solely on third-party or user-provided information.
Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid to CourseMitra for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Patna, Bihar will have jurisdiction.
