The exact fee is shared in a written order summary or invoice before payment. Institution, university, government and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

EduMitra, SchoolMitra, InstituteMitra and CourseMitra AI use quotation-based pricing because modules, users, campuses, storage, onboarding, migration, integrations and support vary.
The quotation identifies duration, modules, implementation or onboarding fee, taxes, renewal terms and optional services.
Custom work
Website, workflow, integration, migration and custom-development work is priced by agreed milestones. No additional charge for a changed scope is added without prior approval.
Taxes and invoices
Applicable taxes are shown separately where required. A confirmation or invoice is issued using customer-supplied billing details.
Customers must supply accurate tax and billing information before invoice issuance.
Payment methods
Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, bank transfer or an authorised payment link, depending on the invoice and provider.
Never transfer funds to an unverified personal account. Use only official CourseMitra payment instructions.
Renewals
A subscription renewal price and period are disclosed in the order. CourseMitra will not initiate an undisclosed recurring charge.
Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the accepted order and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
